There is hereby adopted, for the purpose of establishing uniform minimum requirements for the erection, construction, repair, alteration and maintenance of buildings the 2011 Ohio Building Code, the 2011 Ohio Mechanical Code, the 2011 Ohio Plumbing Code and the 2011 National Electrical Code, including all subsequent editions, amendments and modifications of same, save and except such portion thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
