§ 1294.11  INSPECTION OF RIPARIAN SETBACKS.
   (a)   The delineation of riparian setbacks shall be inspected by the Zoning Inspector:
      (1)   Prior to soil disturbing activities authorized by the Planning and Zoning Commission under a subdivision, land development plan, and/or zoning permit. The applicant shall provide the Zoning Inspector with at least two working days notice prior to starting such soil disturbing activities; and
      (2)   Prior to activities authorized by the Planning and Zoning Commission under § 1294.06(b) of this regulation. The applicant shall provide the Zoning Inspector with at least two working days notice prior to starting such activities.
   (b)   Riparian setbacks shall also be inspected at any time evidence is brought to the attention of the Zoning Inspector that uses or structures are occurring that may reasonably be expected to violate the provisions of this regulation.
