(a) All full-time employees shall be entitled to paid funeral leave, not deducted from sick leave, for each death in the employee's immediate family, of 16 hours for hourly employees and of two days for salaried employees.
(b) As used in this section, "immediate family" shall have the same meaning as set forth in § 254.06.
