(a) A blanket bond for all employees of the city, except the Director of Finance and City Clerk, is hereby established at twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00), with a good and sufficient surety, as required by the laws of the state.
(b) The bonds of the Director of Finance and City Clerk are hereby established at one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) each, with a good and sufficient surety, as required by the laws of the state.
