§ 1262.05 EFFECT OF BREACH OF CONDITION OR REQUIREMENT.

The breach of any condition or requirement shall automatically invalidate the zoning permit granted and shall constitute a violation of this Zoning Code. Such violation shall be punishable in accordance with § 1262.99.
