§ 254.09  COURT, RANGE AND FITNESS TESTING TIME COMPENSATION FOR POLICE.
   (a)   A member of the Division of Police who is required to appear in court as part of his or her official duties, at times other than during his or her regular scheduled shift, shall be paid a minimum of two hours additional pay for appearance in Juvenile Court or Common Pleas Court and a minimum of four hours additional pay for appearance in Municipal Court.
   (b)   A member of the Division who participates in required range training and/or physical fitness testing, at times other than during his or her regular scheduled shift, shall be paid at his or her current hourly rate for the time spent at the range and/or physical fitness testing.
