§ 1244.09 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF APPROVAL.

The approval of the preliminary plat shall be effective for not more than 12 months and shall guarantee that the terms under which the approval was granted will not be affected by changes and/or amendments to these Subdivision Regulations.
