§ 1244.01  SUBDIVISION CLASSIFICATION AND APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
   The City Engineer shall determine whether a proposed subdivision of land is a minor subdivision or a major subdivision as defined in Chapter 1240 of these regulations.
