These Subdivision Regulations shall supplement any and all ordinances of the city and any and all rules and regulations promulgated by authority of such ordinances, relating to the purpose and scope of these Subdivision Regulations. Whenever the requirements of these Subdivision Regulations are at variance with the requirements of any other lawfully adopted rule, regulation, ordinance or resolution, the more restrictive or that imposing the higher standard shall govern.
