The Comprehensive General Plan, the same being attached to Ordinance 03-O-01, and further amended in Ordinance 12-O-56 as the Comprehensive Plan Update and marked as Exhibit “A” and made a part hereof, adopted by the City of Kirtland, Planning and Zoning Commission on December 9, 2002 and amended on December 17, 2012, and further recommended on those dates by the same Planning and Zoning Commission to the Council of the City of Kirtland, Ohio, is hereby adopted in full as the Comprehensive General Plan of the City of Kirtland, Ohio.
