The Stormwater Management Program, the same being attached to the ordinance codified herein, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, adopted by the City of Kirtland Planning and Zoning Commission and further recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission to the Council of the City of Kirtland Ohio, is hereby adopted in full and in all of its particulars as the Stormwater Management Program of the City of Kirtland, Ohio.
