(a) No person shall make connection of roof downspouts, clean water sump pumps, exterior foundation drains, area-way drains or other sources of surface run-off or ground water to a building sewer or building drain which in turn is connected directly or indirectly to a public sanitary sewer.
(b) No person shall discharge, or cause or allow to be discharged, any stormwater, surface water, roof run-off or subsurface drainage to any sanitary sewer.
(c) No person owning or occupying property abutting any street or other public way shall hereafter allow to remain, construct or maintain any connection with a sanitary sewer running from the premises and used for storm drainage purposes. Any such usage is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and is hereby ordered to be abated.
