§ 1042.045 TEMPLEVIEW SEWER DISTRICT.

A sanitary sewer district, to be known as Templeview Sewer District, comprising those parcels of real property directly adjacent to and located on Charlesderry, Glen Park and North Star Streets within the city, is hereby established. The purpose of this District shall be to serve those residents of the Templeview Subdivision and improve the water quality for the Chagrin River Basin.
