The Ohio Water Service Company, in excavating in the streets, lanes, alleys and squares of the city, shall restore them to their former condition and shall indemnify and save the city harmless from any and all damage arising from the negligence or wrongful action of the company, its employees or agents, in excavating in and restoring such streets, lanes, alleys and squares to their former condition. In excavating in the streets, lanes, alleys and squares of the city, the company shall comply with all of the ordinances of the city with respect to such excavations.
