As used in this chapter:
(a) City. "City" means the City of Kirtland, Ohio.
(b) Company. "Company" means the Ohio Water Service Company, its successors and assigns.
(c) Frontage. "Frontage" means the roadway frontage on both sides of a street within which a water line is located or to be located.
