§ 1028.06 INTERPRETATION; CONFLICTS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair any other ordinance relating to driveway aprons and/or access driveways, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. If this chapter and any other ordinance, building code or restriction conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail.
