§ 1026.05 INTERPRETATION; CONFLICTS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair Chapter 1024 of these Codified Ordinances, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. Whenever this chapter and Chapter 1024, or any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction, conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail.
