§ 1024.05 INTERPRETATION; CONFLICTS.

This chapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate or impair Chapter 1026, but is deemed to be supplemental thereto. Whenever this chapter and Chapter 1026 or any other valid ordinance, building code or restriction conflict or overlap, the more stringent restriction shall prevail.
