§ 1020.02 SNOW AND ICE CONTROL ON STATE HIGHWAYS.

The city hereby consents to the plowing of snow and the placing of abrasives for ice control on the traveled portions of state highways in the city under the supervision of the Ohio Director of Transportation and in accordance with the standard practices of the State Department of Transportation.
