(A) All households within the corporate limits of the town are required to make use of the trash pick-up service negotiated by the Town Council.
(B) The Clerk/Treasurer is authorized and directed to bill said households for such service along with other town utility billings. Said bills shall be in the amount of the price for such service as negotiated by the Town Council plus any service charge authorized by the Town Council.
(C) Effective as of May 1, 2022, the current monthly rate for trash pick-up will be as follows:
Senior Citizen (62 and older) | $11.00 per month |
Regular Citizen | $11.50 per month |
