§ 32.21 EMERGENCY-DISASTER DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   There is established within the town an organization for civil defense. This organization will be known as the Emergency-Disaster Department, in conjunction with the state’s Civil Defense Department.
      (1)   A Director/Coordinator will be appointed for the organization to serve during the pleasure of Town Council.
      (2)   The Clerk-Treasurer will be responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all civil defense funds, where funds are provided for civil defense purposes.
   (B)   The town hereby adopts the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as its system of preparing for and responding to disaster incidents.
