§ 32.20 DOWNTOWN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The town hereby creates the Downtown Economic Development Authority.
   (B)   Members shall be appointed by the Council President.
   (C)   The powers of the Downtown Economic Development Authority are as set forth by the Council.
