§ 32.03 ELIGIBILITY FOR OFFICE.
   No person shall be eligible for any town office unless he or she shall have been a resident of the town for at least one year immediately preceding election. Should any town officer cease to be a resident of the town during his or her term of office, such office shall at once become vacant.
