§ 32.02 ELECTIVE OFFICERS; APPOINTED OFFICIALS.

   (A)   The elective officers of the town, elected in accordance with the provisions of the state election laws, shall be:

      (1)   The Town Council members; and

      (2)   The Clerk-Treasurer.

   (B)   The Council President shall appoint as necessary:

      (1)   A Town Civil Engineer;

      (2)   A Town Attorney;

      (3)   A Town Marshal; and/or

      (4)   Other officers, employees, boards, and commissions required by statute.
