§ 111.01 ISSUANCE OF PERMITS TO QUALIFIED LOCAL LIQUOR RETAILERS APPROVED.
   The Board of Trustees hereby consents that liquor retailer’s permits may be issued to applicants otherwise duly qualified under the state alcoholic beverage laws in respect to premises located within the town.
