§ 92.10 OBSTRUCTION OF TOWN STREETS, ALLEYS AND PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to place or otherwise cause to be located in a public street, alley or public way any stone, rock, limb, log, building materials or other object which constitutes an obstruction to the safe and open passage along the public rights of way, streets and alleys of the Town of Kirklin.

(B) Such obstruction shall constitute a public nuisance affecting health and safety pursuant to § 92.04 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Kirklin, Indiana and shall be subject to enforcement pursuant to § 92.07 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Kirklin, Indiana.
