§ 92.09 GRASS CLIPPINGS, LEAVES, OTHER VEGETATION.

   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to cause grass clippings, leaves, other vegetation, debris, or trash to be placed upon the town streets and/or gutters of the town unless such grass clippings, leaves, vegetation, debris, or trash is placed in plastic bags, trash cans or other suitable receptacles for collection.

   (B)   The unlawful placement of grass clippings, leaves, other vegetation, trash causes blockages within the town’s storm water drainage system creates a public nuisance affecting health pursuant to § 92.02 and violation of this section is subject to enforcement by fines issued pursuant to § 92.07.
