§ 70.03 SNOW REMOVAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any vehicle or other obstruction to be parked on either side of Main Street, Kirklin, Indiana, between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. on any snow day.
   (B)   A snow day is defined as any day on which snow has accumulated to a depth of more than two inches during the previous 24-hour period.
   (C)   Any person violating this ordinance shall be fined the sum of $100 for each such violation.
   (D)   In addition to any other penalty, the Town Marshal of the town or his deputy, may determine to have any vehicle parked in violation of division (A) above, towed to a safe location at the expense of the owner of said vehicle.
