§ 130.22 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR CUSTODIAN.
   It shall be unlawful for the parent or parents of any child under the age of 18 years to permit said child to loiter upon the streets or in the business houses of said town in violation of §§ 130.20 and 130.21, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
