§ 130.05 POSTING OF HANDBILLS UNLAWFUL.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to deface any telegraph pole, electric railway pole, electric light pole, fire alarm pole, telephone pole, or guy pole by tacking, posting, or pasting bills, advertisements, cards, or signs of any description whatsoever within the town.
