It shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle on any street or alley in the town, or between any street and property line in the town for the primary purpose of offering for sale or selling from the vehicle any products, commodities, goods, wares, or merchandise of any kind, except where prior approval has been given by the Town Council.
