§ 93.17 PROHIBITION AND EXCEPTIONS.
   No person shall be permitted to remain in the parks and recreation areas from 11:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. except:
   (A)   Law enforcement officers; and
   (B)   Persons engaged in activities authorized by the Council.
