§ 91.206 PLACEMENT REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Group A with an occupant load that exceeds 300;

   (B)   Group B with an occupant load that exceeds 300;

   (C)   Group E with an occupant load that exceeds 300;

   (D)   Group H;

   (E)   Group I-1 assisted living facilities;

   (F)   Group I-2 and I-3;

   (G)   Group M with an occupant load that exceeds 1,000;

   (H)   Group R-1, three stories or great in height;

   (I)   Covered malls exceeding 50,000 square feet;

   (J)   Single-tenant Class 1 structures exceeding 60,000 square feet; and

   (K)   Class 1 structures where the floor level of the highest story is located more than 30 feet above the lowest level of Fire Department vehicle access.
