In all new and existing premises, including Class 1 structures and one and two-family dwellings, the use of gas lights, gas lamps, gas lanterns, and gas torches shall be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the Indiana Fuel Gas Code (675 I.A.C. 25), and the gas utility having jurisdiction.
