§ 91.101 FIRE EXTINGUISHERS.

Portable fire extinguishers shall be installed and maintained in all Class 1 structures as set forth in the latest edition of National Fire Protection Association, NFPA 10 and as required by the Fire Chief. In all Group R-2 occupancies, a 2A:20B:C rated fire extinguisher shall be required in each unit or placed at intervals not to exceed 75 feet maximum travel distance from each unit in all common areas on each level.
