§ 91.078 OBSTRUCTIONS TO FIRE DEPARTMENT ACCESS.
   Fire protection equipment including, but not limited to, fire hydrants, Fire Department connections, and dry hydrants shall be clearly marked in a manner approved by the Fire Chief to prevent the presence of any obstructions.
