§ 91.044 APPEAL FROM ORDERS.
   An owner or occupant who remains aggrieved by an order or decision issued pursuant to this Fire Prevention Code, and the matter involves a rule of the state Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, he or she may appeal to the Indiana Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission as set forth by I.C. 36-8-17.
