§ 90.054 LIVESTOCK PROHIBITED.
   (A)   LIVESTOCK is defined as animals of any kind that are kept, fed, and/or raised by a person, partnership, or corporation for any use or purpose and may include, but is not limited to, fur bearing, meat, dairy, show, and draft animals such as cattle, swine, sheep, or goats. However, the term LIVESTOCK shall not include any domesticated animals such as dogs and cats.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, partnership, or corporation to keep any livestock within the corporate limits of the town.
