§ 90.047 POISONOUS BAIT.
   (A)   No person shall set any type of poisonous substance or bait within the town limits that is deemed harmful to any domestic animal.
   (B)   Provided, however, that controlled programs under the direction of the County Board of Health, Town Council, or a license extermination service may be excluded from the restrictions of this section.
