(A) No animal shall be left unattended in a vehicle when the conditions in that vehicle would constitute a health hazard to the animal.
(B) No animal shall be transported in any open vehicle unless confined in an appropriate manner intended to prevent the animal from jumping from the vehicle or being thrown from the vehicle in the event of an accident, rapid stop, or other use of the vehicle which could cause injury to the pet.
