Cats and dogs over the age of six months must be vaccinated by a licensed veterinarian for rabies. Cats and dogs must be vaccinated yearly and must wear a current rabies tag at all times attached to a properly fitted collar or harness. Cats which are routinely kept inside a residential structure are exempt from wearing a tag and collar while inside. This exemption does not apply when said cat is outside the residential structure.
