§ 90.004 MOTOR VEHICLE CAUSED INJURIES.
   Any person operating a motor vehicle who causes injury or death to a domestic animal shall stop at once, assess the extent of injury, and immediately notify the owner, animal control shelter, or Town Police Department of the location of the animal.
