(A) All vehicles traveling in any direction on State Road 38 shall observe and comply with the speed limits as posted.
(B) All vehicles traveling in any direction on Highway 421 shall observe and comply with the speed limits as posted.
(C) All vehicles traveling in any direction on any street or alley within the corporate boundaries of the town, where a speed limit has not been otherwise established by an ordinance of the town, shall not travel at a speed in excess of 20 mph.
(D) Any person violating any provision of this schedule shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of no less than $100 and no more than $2,500 for each offense.
