§ 73.44 STREETS UPON WHICH GOLF CARTS MAY BE OPERATED.
   (A)   Golf carts may be operated on all town streets.
   (B)   Golf carts are prohibited on the following streets except to cross said streets:
      (1)   U.S. 421 (Main Street); and
      (2)   State Road 38(Jefferson/Pike Street).
      (3)   Exception to this will be as follows: during town parades, festivals, and/or special events.
