All golf carts shall be equipped with the following:
(A) Brakes that are in good working condition;
(B) DOT approved slow moving vehicle sign on the back of the golf cart;
(C) The golf cart shall also have a bicycle safety flag on a staff holder to put such flag at least five feet above the surface of the street;
(D) Golf cart shall be equipped with a rear view mirror;
(E) Golf cart shall be equipped with a manufacturer’s serial number plate;
(F) Golf cart shall have front and rear reflectors;
(G) Golf cart shall have rear working brake lights which are visible from a distance of 500 feet; and
(H) Any other equipment that may be defined by the state and/or the town.
