§ 73.35 PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.

As part of the permit process, the owner of the golf cart must provide proof of liability insurance before a permit will be issued. The proof of insurance must be with the golf cart whenever said golf cart is in operation. Proof of insurance liability must be provided annually in order to renew the golf cart permit.
