§ 73.33 OBSERVANCE OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS MANDATORY.

(A) All applicable state laws regarding motor vehicles shall be adhered to, including the possession and use of alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs.

(B) The operator of the golf cart shall comply with all traffic rules and regulations adopted by the state and the town which governs the operations of motor vehicles.
