(A) For the purpose of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HEAD-IN. The front of the motor vehicle shall be nearest the curb.
(B) The Council shall determine upon what streets angle parking shall be permitted and shall mark or sign such streets, but such angle parking shall not be indicated upon any state highway within this town unless the Indiana Department of Highways (IDOH) has determined that angle parking shall be permitted.
(C) Any and all motor vehicles utilizing an angle parking space shall utilize such space by head-in parking.
