§ 71.04 STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS.
   Those streets, parts of streets, stop intersections, and yield intersections described in Chapter 74, Schedule II, as from time to time amended by resolution duly adopted, are hereby declared to be through streets, stop intersections, or yield intersections for the purpose of this chapter.
