§ 52.14 APPEAL OF NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   (A)   Any person receiving a notice of violation may appeal the determination of violation to the Town Council.
   (B)   The notice of appeal must be received within seven days from the date of the notice of violation. Hearing on the appeal before the authorized enforcement officer shall take place within 15 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal.
